Check out our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the River Run Village. Our 3rd floor, corner unit, has amazing views of the Rocky Mountains, ski runs and village and is larger than most 2 bedrooms in Dakota. 

Our condo comfortably sleeps 6 people. Sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a king size bed, 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed and a queen pullout sectional located in the living room. There are 2 bathrooms in the unit.

The living space is very open and includes a spacious kitchen, conformable living room and an dining area with spectacular views. A mountain view balcony is located off the dining area providing a great place to sit and relax.

The kitchen is full of cookware, appliances and utensils to make any chef feel right at home. The living room offers a very comfortable leather sectional, flat screen HDTV, DVD player, AM/FM + CD player, IPod player,  fireplace, and coffee table that raises to make an additional dining table.  The condo is equipped with a library and many games. Because we use the condo as a second home, there are many more ammenities than are normally found in a rental.  We take great care to make it homey and comfortable.

For those who need internet access we offer FREE WIFI inside the condo. Dakota Lodge has just recently upgraded their high speed connection - It is the best in Keystone.

Located in the Dakota Lodge, our condo looks over River Run Villages only pool (heated) and spa.

This location provides skiers and snowboarders quick and easy access to the New River Run Gondola. For those looking for a more relaxing experience you are only a minute walk from local shops and restaurants.

Dakota has private equipment lockers located in the main floor - your key is available inside the unit. If you perfer you can check your equipment at the bottom of the gondola.

LOCAL SECRET:  

After Keystone and most of the other resorts close their ski operations, Arapaho Basin, which is less than 7 miles from Keystone, will still be open for another 2-3 months.  A-basin has some of the best skiing in  Colorado.  

ATTENTION RENTERS: 

We have negotiated an agreement with SkyRun property management. As one of the best and most professional managers they are local to Keystone and will take care of all your needs 24/7!!  No need to worry about renting from some absentee owner.  We have taken care of it all. 

Our renters have the ease of checking in at SkyRun (3 minute drive from unit) or picking up your key at a lock box conveniently located in the complex next to the InkSpot coffee shop. In the unlikely event of a problem there is a 24 hour hot line to their staff who will take care of any issues.  This is a big advantage to you and separates us from most VRBO owners. 

RECENT UPGRADES:

In 2008 we replaced the carpet, refrigerator/icemaker, added a new sectional, and a large flat screen HDTV.
